For 15% size pick up on yarn
400 litre of water 60kg starch 12 kg VC-BIND 3 Kg M. T(recommended softner VC-SOFT 500 GM)

take the desired amount of water, add starch and stir add VC-BIND add softner stir for 40 minutes heat till starch is completely cooked transfer to sizing machine
